English is the base delivery language unless the scope says otherwise. The client supplies or appoints qualified writers and reviewers for Malay, Chinese, Tamil, or any other language required by the service, including final production acceptance.

Providers and claims must be verified
The client confirms merchant, identity, hosting, messaging, AI, and other provider accounts and terms. Business claims, credentials, customers, content rights, data, locations, demand, and results must come from accountable evidence.

No business or compliance outcome is guaranteed
We do not promise revenue, adoption, ranking, approval, certification, provider acceptance, uptime, compliance, or another commercial result. The engagement defines technical deliverables and acceptance evidence.
