Direct involvement throughout the work
I stay involved in understanding the task, reviewing existing software, agreeing a useful scope, building and testing the solution, and handing it over.
The work can begin with one difficult customer request, repeated staff task or unreliable application. A focused improvement may be enough without a larger rebuild.
Agree the reviews and responsibilities
Project communication normally takes place in English. Your organisation approves business rules and content and arranges reviewers for the languages and specialist requirements involved.
This site represents remote US-based delivery. Meeting hours, support, account ownership and the work included are agreed for the actual engagement.
