Digital work that fits the working day

Give recurring trade work a usable shared space.

A portal should reduce a real source of repeated checking, not add a login without a purpose.

Define the customer organisation

A Malaysian trade customer may have a purchaser, a branch contact and a person authorised to approve a change. We establish those roles before treating one email address as the entire account.

A first workspace might provide approved documents and request history. Customer-specific pricing, ordering authority and credit decisions remain separate business rules, agreed with the appropriate responsible people.

Practise a change of staff

Try adding a colleague, replacing the administrator and removing someone who has left. The business relationship and historical requests should remain coherent while access changes. Staff need a controlled support route for uncertainty.

Use appropriate information

We start with anonymised examples and identify which documents belong in the portal. Your approved privacy and contractual requirements guide implementation. Customers should be able to understand which action they completed and what still requires staff review.

Describe the recurring customer question that needs a shared answer.
