Choose a repeatable preparation
A Malaysian distributor might repeatedly assemble a product-document pack after a sales colleague selects an approved range. Automating that preparation can be useful without allowing the workflow to invent availability, price or suitability statements.
We define the trigger, source material and intended recipient. The person should be able to see which version was used and where a missing document needs attention.
Set the review point
Some rules can run automatically; an uncertain request or new customer commitment may need approval. If AI prepares text, agree the information it may use and the checks required before a draft is sent or acted on. Language fluency does not establish factual approval.
Try the case that should stop
Use a discontinued item, incomplete record and failed provider call in a controlled trial. The team needs a way to correct the source, pause the flow and decide whether retrying is safe. We assess the actual result rather than promising an unmeasured saving.
